Seller - the Owner of the Store, mentioned in point I item 2 of the Regulations,

Purchaser - any natural person with full legal capacity, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law,

Parties to the sales contract - Seller and Buyer,

Entrepreneur - the Purchaser engaged in business activity within the meaning of the Act of 2 July 2004 on freedom of economic activity (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2013, item 672, as amended),

Consumer - Purchaser who is a natural person making with the entrepreneur (in particular with the Seller) a legal action not directly related to its business or professional activities,

Store - online store available at

Regulations - these Regulations for the provision of services by electronic means,

"My Account" - a service provided after the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services by electronic means, available to registered Buyers of the Store after the entry of an e-mail address and password, allowing, among others, to order goods, track the status of the order, change and correct personal data, etc.

Cookies - small text files that are saved in order to maintain the user session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to enter the e-mail address and password on each page, to create viewing statistics, to present online advertisements with the content closest to the user's interests and to create online surveys and secure them against multiple voting by the same persons. These files do not collect personal data of the user, do not change the configuration of his computer, are not used to install or uninstall any computer programs, viruses or trojans, do not interfere with the integrity of the system or the user's data, are not processed by other websites and can be deleted by the user at any time.

 Conditions for provision of services by electronic means

In order to use the services provided under these Regulations, the Purchaser should have:

Web browser: Internet Explorer version no older than 7.0 or Mozilla FireFox version no older than 3.0 or Chrome (all versions) or Opera version no older than 2,

Java Script support enabled,

Active e-mail address.

The purchaser may agree to enable cookies. Detailed information on the purpose of storing and accessing information using cookies, as well as the ability of the Purchaser to determine the conditions for storing or accessing information contained in cookies, using the software settings installed in the telecommunications terminal equipment used by the Purchaser or the configuration of the service are contained in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Registration, terms of concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of services by electronic means

Registration is voluntary. After registration, an individual "My Account" is created for the buyer.

The buyer, in order to register, should complete the registration form. To register it is necessary to provide an active e-mail address and to set a password.

Confirmation of registration completes the registration process, confirms the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form and the conclusion of the contract for the provision of electronic services.

Seller may refuse to register the buyer.

Buyer may at any time terminate the contract for electronic services.

Seller may terminate the contract for electronic services if the buyer did not show activity in the store, in particular, did not place an order or did not log into "My Account" within 1 year from the last activity.

Termination of the agreement by either party, as well as its termination by mutual consent is equivalent to blocking the Purchaser's access to the service "My Account" and its deletion.

Seller may terminate the agreement for the provision of services by electronic means, if:

the purpose of registration or use of services is obviously contrary to the principles and purpose of the Store,

Buyer's activity is contrary to applicable moral standards, incites to violence or crime, and if it violates the rights of third parties,

received official notification of the unlawful nature of the data provided or activities related to them,

has obtained reliable information on the unlawful nature of the provided data or related activities and has previously notified the buyer of his intention to prevent access to the service "My Account",

The buyer is sending unsolicited commercial information,

Buyer grossly or persistently violates the provisions of the Regulations,

address data provided by the buyer raises objectively justified doubts as to their correctness or accuracy, and these doubts could not be removed by phone or e-mail.

Objectively justified doubts should be understood as, in particular, entering a non-existent town, entering a non-existent street name in a given town, entering fictitious data (e.g. fairy-tale characters) as the name of the recipient.

A statement of termination of the agreement for electronic provision of services made by the Seller shall be sent to the e-mail address given in "My Account". Termination of the agreement for electronic provision of services results in permanent cessation of the "My Account" service. Statement of termination of the agreement for electronic provision of services made by the Buyer can be submitted by sending its content to the e-mail address given for contact in a separate tab of the Store website or by deleting "My Account".

If the termination occurred on the part of the Seller re-registration is possible after obtaining the consent of the Seller.

Termination or termination of the agreement for the provision of services by electronic means by mutual consent of the parties does not affect the implementation of contracts for sale already concluded, unless the parties decide otherwise.

The termination notice period is 14 days.

Store's offer

Offer of online store is valid for the entire territory of Poland. store fulfills orders on Polish territory. In case of foreign customers, the terms of order will be conducted individually.

The objects of transactions carried out via the Internet are the products listed in the offer, presented on the websites of Online Store at the time of order.

All prices of goods in Online Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are given in Polish zloty.

All mentioned products and names are used for identification purposes and may be registered trademarks of their owners.

Some of the offered products may not be in stock at the moment, of which the buyer will be informed by an employee of the store.

Products sold on the website constitute a commercial offer. In order to conclude a contract of sale, it is necessary to place an order by the Buyer (see Placing an order) and its confirmation.

Placing an order

Order can be placed by the Purchaser. Placing orders at online store is done by:

Filling the shopping cart form on the website of the Store after prior registration and logging in (unless the Purchaser places an order without registration as a guest),

Sending an e-mail containing the details of the ordered goods and the buyer's data to

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on working days after 2 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed from the morning (9 a.m.) of the next working day.

Placing an order entitles the Seller to process the Purchaser's personal data for the purpose of taking action before the conclusion of a contract of sale and for the purpose of implementing the contract of sale in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182).

Confirmation and execution of orders

Each order placed at store is confirmed by e-mail informing about the status of the order or by phone within 72 working hours.

The average delivery time is calculated from the date of placing the order. In case of orders containing flowers (both perpetual and live) it is on average 48 hours, not longer than 72h. Some products require special flower varieties and packaging variants to be imported - then the delivery time is given individually.

Buyer is informed about all delays connected with realization of order, for example because of lack of goods in warehouse. In case of change of realization date buyer decides whether he agrees to change the date or resigns from purchase with refund of paid amount.

The contract for the sale of goods may be concluded only and exclusively in Polish.

At the time of shipment of the goods, the Purchaser receives from the courier company a confirmation of shipment of the package together with the bill of lading number, thanks to which it is possible to monitor the shipment.

Purchase documents are delivered with the shipment.

Delivery terms and conditions apply to orders shipped in Poland. In case of foreign customers, delivery conditions will be determined individually.

Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

A consumer who has entered into a remote contract or an agreement outside the business premises, has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days.

Forms of payment

Payment in cash on delivery (payable to the courier of the shipping company on the day of delivery).

Payment through payment agents available for selection on the website. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Defect complaints and Warranty

Upon receipt of goods, the Purchaser is obliged to check the shipment. It is necessary to immediately report any damage to the shipping company employee (courier) present at the delivery and write a "Complaint Protocol".

The buyer has the right to make a complaint about both the implementation of the sales contract and performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services. In the case of defects of goods sold, the Seller shall be liable as set out in particular in the provisions of Article 556 and 5561-5563 of the Civil Code.

In the case of receipt of defective goods, we provide you with the implementation of rights arising from the liability of the seller for defects of goods sold, in particular their replacement with undamaged goods, provided that the defects are reported to the Seller. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days. The complaint processing time may take up to 30 days depending on the availability of goods in the suppliers' warehouses.

In case of complaint, please send to the postal address together with the advertised goods return documents. These include:

- copy of order confirmation received by e-mail

- copy of sales document.

In case of accepting the complaint consisting in refund of the amount paid, the refund will be made by bank transfer, therefore please provide the full name, address and bank account number. If the Purchaser does not have a bank account, please indicate the proposed way of collecting the amount paid.

The store guarantees that the amount will be returned within 5 working days from the receipt of the return and the approval of the complaint by the store, to the bank account specified by the buyer or by postal order to the address specified in the order.

The Seller is not responsible for the differences in the appearance of the products resulting from individual settings of the customer's computer (color, proportions, etc.).

The data will be processed in order to conclude and perform a sales agreement, send a newsletter, on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data, acceptance of privacy policy or conclusion of a sales agreement and a customer account agreement in our store

You have the right to access your personal data, correct them, delete them, request restriction of processing.

You have the right to object to further processing, and in the case of consent to data processing to withdraw it. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

Final provisions

1.Before placing an order buyer should read and accept the above rules.

In case of not receiving the shipment by the Buyer, ordered "cash on delivery", for reasons for which he bears responsibility Seller may refuse to make further purchases.

All information and product photos are protected by copyright (according to Art. 17 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 80 item 904). It is forbidden to copy and distribute them, to use for commercial purposes or presentation on other websites without our permission.

Seller reserves the right to:

change prices of goods in the offer of the online store during the day,

withdraw individual products from the offer of the online store,

Introduce new products to the offer of the online store,

conduct, change and cancel promotional campaigns on the website of the internet store,

execution of large orders in separate batches.

Any changes referred to in paragraph 4. above will not affect agreements already concluded or the content of orders placed without the consent of the Purchasers. Changes or cancellation of promotional actions will not affect the rights of persons who participated in them, unless with their consent.

All trade names, product names, company names and their logos used on the store pages belong to their owners and are used for identification purposes only. They may be registered trademarks.

The court competent to resolve a dispute shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office. The preceding sentence shall not apply to disputes to which the Consumer is a party. Purchaser may also use out-of-court complaint resolution (mediation, arbitration) and redress. Notwithstanding the above, the Purchaser who is a Consumer may request assistance from the municipal (district) consumer ombudsman.
